Where do you deliver?

We are mainly sending orders to anywhere in Malaysia and Singapore.  You can refer to our Delivery Coverage. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

Shipping to other international addresses can be arranged upon request. Please contact us at for more details.

How long does it takes for delivery?

Once payment is completed and verified, we will process your order within 1 business day and ship it out within the next business day. Customers may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery day. Standard delivery is usually within 2-5 business days depending on the courier company. 

Please keep in mind that there might be delays during festive season. 

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer an affordable flat rate for all standard shipping, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and taxes. 

West Malaysia - RM 10 

East Malaysia - RM 15 

Singapore - SGD $5 

For standard shipping, our default courier partner is Ninja Van Logistics Sdn Bhd. Alternatively you can choose your preferred shipping option when you check out. Shipping fee will be vary according to the courier company chosen. 

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery. 

However, you can check the shipment status at our Shipment Tracking page. 

How can I check the shipment status?

You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.

Who should I contact for shipment arrangements?

You can write a remark for shipment at the time when you place your order. Once we fulfill your order, if you need to make any amendment on shipment arrangements, you may contact the respective courier company directly. 

I missed the delivery, what should I do now?

We strongly advise customers to provide a shipping address where there will be someone able to to collect parcel during delivery time. 

If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, a Delivery Note or message will be left behind for the customer to call back. Customer can communicate with the courier company directly for second attempt of the shipment or pick up at the nearest branch. 

Standard charges may apply (if necessary) for any reattempt delivery. 

Do you provide self-collection service?

Currently, we do not provide self-collection service.
